Before you write

About a listing? Include its address or its page link — there are hundreds of servers and half of them have similar names.
About a payment? The PayPal transaction ID finds the order instantly.
Reporting something wrong on a page? Send the URL and what is wrong with it.

JoinGG has no Discord, no phone line and no support address — this form is the only way we take messages. If someone contacts you claiming to be JoinGG staff from anywhere else, it is not us.
