What Radiant Ladder is

Radiant Ladder is an amateur league, not a server. Teams register a roster, get seeded into a division, and play one scheduled fixture a week on custom lobbies. Results feed a public standings table and the top four in each division go into a seasonal playoff with a small prize pool.

It exists for the gap between ranked queue and a real tier-three circuit: the fixture happens whether or not your five feels like playing tonight, and that pressure is the point.

What makes it different

• Real fixtures on a real calendar. One match a week, scheduled with the opponent, defaults awarded if a team no-shows.
• Published standings and match history. Every map score, every roster change and every default is on the public table.
• Divisions with promotion and relegation. Season to season, teams actually move.
• Admin-observed playoffs. Semi-finals and finals are observed and streamed, with an anti-cheat spectator in the lobby.

The rules

1. Rosters lock mid-season. Five signed players plus two subs; emergency stand-ins need admin approval before the map starts.
2. No smurfing and no ringers. A player caught on an alt costs the team the season.
3. Fixtures are rescheduled only with both captains agreeing, at least 24 hours ahead.
4. Match disputes need a clip and a timestamp within 24 hours of the map.
5. Conduct rules apply to the whole roster, including in the league Discord.

How to connect

Register your team at ladder.radiantleague.gg during the sign-up window, which opens two weeks before each season. Rank averages decide the seeding division. Everything then runs through Discord and Riot custom lobbies — nothing to install, no third-party client, ever.
