What Silverpine is

Silverpine is the city people join when the big whitelist servers feel like a job application. It is medium roleplay: the rules are real and enforced, but the barrier to entry is a twenty-minute onboarding rather than a two-week wait.

The framework is ESX with a custom job set. Legal work — trucking, fishing, mechanic, taxi, delivery — actually pays enough to live on, which means new players are not funnelled straight into crime on their first night.

What makes it different

• A guided tutorial that teaches roleplay, not keybinds. A staff mentor walks new characters through a traffic stop, a job shift and a medical call.
• No application. Connect, make a character, get a mentor slot within a few minutes at peak.
• Legal jobs that are worth doing. Payouts are tuned so a trucking run competes with a store robbery, and the robbery has a cooldown.
• Warnings before bans. First-time rule breaks get an explanation in a voice channel. Repeat offenders still get removed.

The rules

• Stay in character in-city. Out-of-character talk belongs in Discord or in an admin ticket.
• No RDM, no VDM, no random kidnapping to fill a slow evening.
• Value your life and value everybody else's — being the main character is not a defence.
• Crime scenes need a reason and a plan. Robbing the bank alone at 4am with no getaway driver is not a plan.
• Racism, slurs and harassment are an immediate permanent ban, in character or out.

How to connect

Own GTA V, install FiveM, then connect to cfx.re/join/qr4m7v directly from the launcher. There is no whitelist to wait for. The initial asset download is around 3 GB. Join the Discord first if you want a mentor waiting when you land — bookings are in the onboarding channel and take about a minute.
